Position: Carpenter

Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with project managers, team leads, and team members to execute deck building projects.
• Measure, cut, and shape wood, composite materials, and other materials according to project specifications.
• Install and assemble decks, railings, stairs, and other outdoor structures.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during construction.
• Repair and maintain existing structures as needed.
• Operate power tools and hand tools effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate progress and any issues to supervisors.

Qualifications:

Entry Level to Advanced:

• Passion for Carpentry and outdoor construction.
• Basic knowledge of woodworking techniques.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
• Valid driver’s license

Compensation:

• Hourly wage based on experience:
  • Entry Level: Starting at $14 per hour
  • Intermediate: $18 - $20 per hour
  • Advanced: $22 - $25 per hour
